    Trucking Co. To Pay $4.8M To End EEOC Disability Bias Suit

    Interstate Distributor Co. has agreed to shell out $4.85 million to settle the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's claims that the trucking company's leave policy unlawfully denied reasonable accommodations to a class of hundreds of disabled employees, the agency announced Friday.
