    Dish Network Ditches Access Fee To Settle Class Action

    Dish Network LLC has agreed to settle a proposed class action over a monthly "international access" fee it had charged subscribers, offering to scrap the fee and give affected customers free subscriptions to two satellite TV packages, according to documents filed Monday in California federal court.
