    Krones Inflated $184M Le-Nature's Deal, Marshall Says

    The Marshall Group Inc. on Wednesday hit Krones AG with a lawsuit over its 2005 sale of bottling equipment to the now-bankrupt Le-Nature's Inc., saying Krones intentionally overpriced and lied about the $184 million transaction for the purpose of furthering Le-Nature's fraud scheme.
