    Enviros Challenge NMFS' Sea Turtle Incidental Take Rule

    Two conservation groups brought suit Friday in Hawaii federal court alleging the National Marine Fisheries Service's new so-called incidental take rule violates the Endangered Species Act and other environmental laws by allowing more endangered sea turtles to be entangled or killed by Hawaii's longline swordfish fishery.
