A Minnesota federal judge on Thursday sliced an unjust enrichment claim against Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. LLC and certain affiliates, finding it was not broader than an already trimmed contract claim in the putative class action that alleges the companies devalued fractional resort interests held by the plaintiffs.
