Revstone Gets Thumbs Up To Sell $13M Stake In Canadian Unit
A Delaware bankruptcy judge agreed Wednesday to approve Revstone Industries LLC's $13 million sale of its equity stake in a Canadian unit to private equity firm Zynik Capital Corp after the auto parts conglomerate resolved an issue with General Motors Co. that had threatened the transaction's closing.
