    A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed Oakley Inc.'s suit alleging Nike Inc. tried to poach pro-golfer Rory McIlroy for a sponsorship deal, ruling Nike had reasonably relied on McIlroy's agent when he told the company the athlete was free to make the deal.
