    Clothing retailer Big M Inc. launched an adversary suit in New Jersey bankruptcy court Monday alleging Westport Insurance Co. refused to promptly reimburse it for damages from Superstorm Sandy, resulting in losses of more than $10 million that eventually drove the company to file for bankruptcy and sell its assets.
