    Fed. Circ. Ships Nintendo Patent Case From Texas To Wash.

    The Federal Circuit ruled Wednesday that an Eastern District of Texas judge wrongly denied Nintendo of America Inc.'s request to have a patent case against it transferred to its home turf in Washington state, saying that it is "indisputable" that the case did not belong in Texas.
