CORRECTED: Kia MDL Judge Doles Out Almost $6M in Attys' Fees

The California judge overseeing settled multidistrict litigation accusing Kia Motors America and Hyundai Motor America of overstating their vehicles’ fuel efficiency on Friday issued an order awarding more than $6 million in attorneys' fees. Correction: A previous story incorrectly reported that McCuneWright LLP had not received an attorney fee award when in fact the firm was awarded attorney’s fees on June 1. The error has been corrected.
