    Weber, Sears Near Settlement In Grill Patent Suit

    Sears Holding Corp. and grill maker Weber-Stephen Products LLC are in settlement negotiations to end their patent infringement battle, the companies told an Illinois federal judge on Thursday, just a few weeks after the judge ruled that Sears must face the majority of the grill company's claims over specific features of Sears' Kenmore brand grills.
