    Maryland Casualty Co. urged a Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday to declare that it doesn't have to defend a Pittsburgh medical center against claims it used unsterilized endoscopes on scores of patients, arguing that allegations of professional negligence preclude the center from coverage.
