    A Texas federal judge on Monday agreed to dismiss a dispute between Gawker Media LLC and the production company behind the "Dr. Phil" television show which claimed the blog network had infringed the show's copyrights by using of clips of an interview with the man who pretended to be football player Manti Te'o's girlfriend.
