    Blizzard Seeks Fees In Downloader Patent Victory

    Game maker Blizzard Entertainment Inc. asked a Delaware federal judge to award it fees and find that a patent holder's losing infringement suit over the company's downloading and installing software was pursued long after the patent owner knew it was meritless, according to a filing made public Wednesday.
