FilmOn's Copyright License Quest Heads Right For DC Circ.
A D.C. federal judge gave online TV streaming service FilmOn X the go-ahead to immediately appeal to the D.C. Circuit her ruling that the company is not eligible for a compulsory copyright license that would allow it to retransmit broadcast networks' programming, according to a filing Monday.
