Honeywell Escapes $250M Software License Fee FCA Suit
A California federal judge on Monday dismissed a False Claims Act suit alleging Honeywell International Inc. fraudulently charged licensing fees for software used on a range of military aircraft and tanks, finding the government couldn't prove Honeywell acted with scienter.
