Army Corps, GSA Can't Stall $79M Jetty Superfund Suit
A New Jersey federal judge has rejected a bid from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the General Services Administration to stay a suit over $79 million in Superfund cleanup costs, saying the government had failed to show hardship that would justify the "extraordinary remedy of a stay."
