    A Utah Internet service provider urged a California federal judge on Tuesday to toss telecom provider NobelBiz Inc.'s lawsuit accusing it of patent infringement on technology related to automated telephone calls, arguing that the court doesn't have jurisdiction over the Provo-based business.
