    EA, Zynga Can't Get Atty Fees In Gametek Patent Suit

    Electronic Arts Inc., Zynga Inc. and others cannot collect attorneys' fees from Gametek LLC after beating back accusations that they infringed a patent for in-game purchases, a California federal judge ruled Tuesday, finding Gametek's case wasn't exceptional even under newly loosened rules for awarding fees.
