    Shell To Spend Up To $160M To Settle CAA Suit

    Shell Oil Co. will pay between $115 million and $160 million to resolve alleged violations of the Clean Air Act at a large refinery and chemical plant in Deer Park, Texas, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency jointly announced Wednesday.
