    The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center filed a lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania federal court accusing insurer Highmark Inc. of false advertising and claiming it made misrepresentations as part of an effort to unfairly draw patients away from the hospital's integrated health care network to its own.
