    Fed. Circ. Affirms Apple's Win In Motorola ITC Patent Case

    The Federal Circuit on Friday affirmed a U.S. International Trade Commission's decision finding that Apple Inc.'s iPhone and iPad didn't infringe a Motorola Mobility LLC wireless communications patent related to push notifications, agreeing that Motorola's infringement theory is "inconsistent" with the patent claims.
