    9th Circ. Tosses LSI Appeal Over Import Ban Injunction

    The Ninth Circuit on Thursday threw out LSI Corp.'s appeal of a judge's order barring the company from enforcing a possible import ban against Realtek Semiconductor Corp. in a dispute over standard-essential Wi-Fi patents, ruling a recent decision that Realtek didn't infringe made the issue moot.
