    3rd Circ. OKs $9M In Attys' Fees In VW Class Action

    The Third Circuit on Wednesday upheld a $9.2 million attorneys' fee award included in a settlement in a consolidated class action against Volkswagen of America Inc. over leaky sunroofs, saying the federal judge who calculated the award using the percentage-of-recovery method instead of lodestar had a right to do so.
