    2nd Circ. Sends Dish Network Fee-Contract Row To Trial

    The Second Circuit on Friday partially overturned a lower court's judgment on the pleadings in favor of CenturyLink Inc. in its pursuit of fees from Dish Network LLC, finding that the contract's language was sufficiently ambiguous to take the matter to trial.
