    The Third Circuit on Tuesday ruled that CardioNet Inc. and LifeWatch Services Inc. are not compelled to enter arbitration with Cigna Health Corp. in an ERISA dispute over Cigna's decision to reverse coverage for their services, holding that the plaintiffs' claims don't fall within the arbitration clause.
