    Fed. Circ. Nixes Cosmetics Co.'s Marks In Hugo Boss Fight

    The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed the cancellation of two trademarks that an Arizona-based cosmetics and skin care product company previously claimed were infringed by German fashion house Hugo Boss AG, finding that an agreement between the parties did not give the company the right to retain registration of the marks.
