    Fed. Circ. Sinks Nazomi IP Claims Against Sling, Western

    The Federal Circuit on Friday ruled that products manufactured by Sling Media Inc. and Western Digital Corp. do not infringe on a pair of Java programming patents held by Nazomi Corp., ruling that the products must have additional software installed in order to possibly flout the covered technology.
