    5th Circ. Won't Rehear Halliburton Retaliation Ruling

    The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday narrowly rejected rehearing en banc its decision to deny Halliburton's request to overturn a U.S. Department of Labor finding that it retaliated against a whistleblower over a Securities and Exchange Commission complaint, but a dissenting judge said the court's guidance in such cases remains "foggy."
