    The Fifth Circuit ruled Monday that Dallas Gas Partners LP and its individual owners were jointly liable for damages for violating a 2004 agreement and mutual release barring them from suing Prospect Energy Corp. over a scuttled financing deal for the acquisition of a Texas gas processing plant.
