CORRECTED: PTC Says Ex-Sales Director Tried To Nab Client For Rival
Technology services company PTC Inc. on Tuesday sued a former sales director and the competitor he now works for, claiming he stole trade secrets, tried to steal clients away from PTC and violated a noncompete agreement. (Correction: An earlier story and headline incorrectly reported that PTC accused Starr of stealing PTC’s trade secrets, along with multiple clients. The errors have been corrected.)
