Tea Co. Seeks To Toss 'Natural' Label Suit
Hain Celestial Group on Monday urged a California federal judge to ax what remains of a class action accusing it of labeling some teas as "natural" despite allegedly containing pesticide residue, saying that the consumers' injunctive relief claims are futile since the natural label is already removed.
