    A Maryland federal court on Monday denied an attempt by Dave & Buster's Inc. to have the court reconsider its prior ruling that the restaurant chain breached its lease at the White Flint Mall outside Washington, D.C., in a suit to block the mall's redevelopment, ruling that Dave & Buster's is trying to rehash its losing arguments.
