    9th Circ. Affirms Atty Sanctions For Flawed Trade Secrets Suit

    The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday held that a lower court properly ordered an attorney to pay $5,000 in sanctions to Cepia LLC for factual misrepresentations made in an underlying trade secret misappropriation lawsuit brought by a toy inventor, saying the lower court didn't abuse its discretion.
