Lumber Liquidators Shareholders Seek Nod On $45M Deal
The shareholders in a class action suit against Lumber Liquidators Holdings Inc. asked a Virginia federal court Friday to approve a $45 million settlement of their claim the company misled investors regarding its importation of cheap products that used illegally harvested wood from China.
