    9th Circ. OKs Nix Of Adema Suit Under Forum Choice Clause

    The Ninth Circuit has held that a California district court didn't err by dismissing Adema Technologies Inc.'s suit against German chemical supplier Wacker Chemical Corp. over alleged violation of a supply agreement per a clause restricting litigation to Germany, saying it's not unduly burdensome for Adema.
