23andMe Customers Ordered To Arbitrate False Ad Claims
A California federal judge has ordered consumers accusing DNA testing company 23andMe Inc. of falsely advertising its saliva collection kits to arbitrate their claims, dismissing their proposed class actions because of an arbitration agreement they signed in the company's terms of service.
