A South Carolina federal judge on Tuesday rejected an attempt to sink a proposed class action accusing specialty materials company Hoechst Celanese Corp. and others of contaminating the ground and surface water near a campground in the state, finding the plaintiff had sufficiently alleged the harm he's suffered.
