Uber Inks Deal With Riders In Driver Gratuity Suit
Uber riders told a California federal judge on Wednesday that they've settled a class action accusing the ride-hailing service of unlawfully taking a cut of a 20 percent driver gratuity charge, saying Uber will pay riders more than $340,000 and attorneys' fees and costs of $430,000.
