    H&R Block Sues Tax Prep Chain For Violating Noncompete

    H&R Block Enterprises LLC filed suit in Missouri federal court Monday against a Colorado-based chain of tax offices, claiming it violated the terms of a noncompetition agreement by opening a new office after being purchased and subsequently shut down by the tax giant.
