    Judge Says IP Claims Against Volvo Don't Hold Up Under Alice

    A Texas federal court on Tuesday dismissed a suit that alleged Volvo infringed two patents for sales methods, finding that the challenged claims in the patents were too abstract under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice decision despite having decided in favor of the patent holder in a previous suit.
