    Diet Supplement Maker Says Inventor Peddling Its Product

    The maker of a diet supplement made with a hybrid of the seeds of the bitter melon plant is suing the inventor named on a patent it owns, for using the formula in his own diet products and selling the seeds to other producers, according to a trade secrets and patent infringement suit filed Thursday in Florida federal court.
