Black & Decker, Bosch, Ryobi Beat SawStop Antitrust Suit
A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday tossed an antitrust suit accusing power tool companies Black & Decker, Bosch and Ryobi of conspiring to boycott SawStop's blade safety technology, saying the untimeliness of the claims can't be saved by allegations of fraudulent concealment.
