Mesothelioma law firm Belluck & Fox LLP on Tuesday fought a North Carolina magistrate judge's order allowing defunct gasket company Garlock Sealing Technologies LLC to subpoena information on 157 asbestos litigants in a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit against the law firm, saying the order was "clearly erroneous and contrary to law."
