    Urban Outfitters Settles IP Suit Over Torn-Up Harley Shirts

    Urban Outfitters Inc. on Thursday agreed to settle Harley-Davidson Inc.'s trademark infringement claims over a clothing line consisting of repurposed Harley-branded shirts and jackets with "mutilated" logos, ripped sleeves and other alterations, according to a dismissal document filed in a Wisconsin federal court.
