Autodesk Inc. has reached a settlement to end its copyright infringement suit in California federal court accusing a Chinese company of copying wholesale its source code for computer-assisted design software, with the alleged infringer admitting wrongdoing, Autodesk announced on Wednesday.

American design software-maker Autodesk Inc. accused a Chinese company of copying wholesale its source code for computer-assisted design software in a copyright infringement suit filed Wednesday in California federal court.
