    St. Jude's, Amgen Settle Cancer Research Patent Row

    St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Inc. on Wednesday ended a patent suit that accused Amgen Inc. of stealing patented DNA and nucleic acids material used to fight cancer and unlawfully licensing them to Tesaro Inc. in a $138 million deal, according to a filing in Tennessee federal court.
