    A Florida federal judge on Saturday declared a bid by affiliates of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel to block condominium management firm Luxury Suites International LLC from using the hotel's trademarks in advertisements as moot, saying the parties have settled and resolved all outstanding issues in the case.
