EFF Asked To Weigh In On Cell Site Location Info Request
Digital rights group Electronic Frontier Foundation was asked by a federal magistrate judge on Friday to file an amicus brief on the issues involved in the government's request for historical cell site location information, or CSLI, to aid a robbery investigation, finding that current opinions on the legal issues are "impossible to reconcile."
