    Lupin Blasts FDA's Call On Celebrex Generic Exclusivity

    Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. sued the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in Maryland federal court Friday over the agency's decision to grant another drug company exclusivity to make a generic version of Pfizer Inc.'s Celebrex, arguing the decision was wrong because the exclusivity period had already expired five years ago.
